Alexan Fitzroy was a new apartment building of dark metal panel and warm brick. Photographed from street to rooftop: the entry and facade by day and at dusk, a lobby lined with arched oak shelves, the clubroom and game room, a courtyard built around grills and a fire pit, and a rooftop pool and terrace. The shoot ends inside a furnished model, with a deep green wall and corner windows full of light.
